Joining the Northwestern Mutual team as a UX and visual designer was an exciting opportunity for me to make a significant impact across the design organization. In this role, I worked with a team on unifying separate design libraries and creating a comprehensive system guide site that served as a valuable resource for both designers and engineers. This guide empowered all design teams to craft seamless experiences across our sales and customer platforms. Additionally, I was instrumental in developing responsive tools that enabled our salespeople to effectively showcase the products in the field, using tablets to adapt to any scenario they encountered.
